Airleck is a Newcastle based company specialising in the supply, installation and servicing of commercial and domestic air conditioning, electrical and ventilation.
We have implemented a Quality Management System with focus on personnel, training, customer service, customer feedback and continuous improvement.
Our Quality Management System is ensuring excellent service for every one of our clients. Airleck uses only the latest technology and equipment, and all of our personnel are highly experienced and trained.
Our team is required to participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform tasks to Airleck standards. We also ensure that our team receives appropriate instructions in relation to site health and safety.

Adrian started Airleck in 2016 as a small home business. He carries behind him Electrical & Refrigeration trades, including Level 2 Electrical. Adrian’s passion toward the industry has seen the business grown & expand beyond anything he could have ever imagined. Adrian is extremely proud of the team that stands before you today. Adrian’s interests include freestyle motocross, wakeboarding, pottering around his farm ‘fixing’ things, big machines and spending time with his two greatest accomplishments – his 2 boys.

Danielle has completed Diploma’s in Business Administration, Financial Planning; and is a qualified Veterinary Nurse. When she is not at Airleck, Danielle is providing love and care to pets at a local Vet Hospital. Outside of work, she is kept busy with two wonderful step-sons, two horses NaeNae & Buck, chickens, Bernie the Quaker Parrot and Fluffy the dog who will often be the first to greet you at the reception desk.

Phil Blanch - Level 2 Electrical and Estimator

Phil started his electrical apprenticeship in 1979 and has seen it all. He brings with him a mountain of knowledge and experience. Phil’s area of expertise lies in all things electrical, including Level 2 works and estimating projects. Phil dotes over his gorgeous grandchildren, but not to forget Peter Brock, Jack Daniels and Jimmy Barnes. His three best friends who hear all about his stories are Border Collie’s; Jaydee, Brockie and Chevvy.

Jarred Reardon - Site Manager

Ben started with Airleck in 2019 as our Leading Electrician. Ben specialises in new home electrical and has taught us all the tricks of the trade. Ben is the go-to for fault finding and problem resolution. Ben manages the day-to-day allocation of the team’s workload and looks after quality assurance to ensure that we deliver above industry standards.
Bens interests and hobbies include spending his time with his Son, renovating his newly purchased home, wakeboarding and doesn’t mind a good can of rum with a dash of country music.

Lachy Bradley - Service Manager

With a strong background in administration and office secretarial support she takes care of the office management of Airleck making sure that everything runs smoothly with our staff and assisting with the administration and accounting.
Casey will usually be the one who takes your call when phoning the office to ensure that your enquiry is taken care of.
Outside of work, she is kept busy with her 4 year old son and her 2 miniature dachshunds Milo and Odis.
